Hans Petersen udtaler sig

I 2005 bad Mathilde Feldstedt om en udtalelse fra Hans Petersen, afdelingsleder og forsker hos H. Lundbeck A/S.

Udtalelsen skulle bruges i forbindelse med hendes ansøgning om akkreditering af International Coach Federation som Professional Certified Coach, og skulle omhandle hans erfaringer med at bruge hende som coach. Hans Petersen skrev:

Dear Sirs,  As a client of Mathilde Feldstedt, I, Hans Petersen of H. Lundbeck A/S, hereby accept to be a reference for her with respect to her coaching style and abilities. I acknowledge that ICF may contact me later for further details about her as a coach. I was referred to Mathilde Feldstedt because I had a need for self development and self coaching. I was referred to her by a colleague and through my network at H. Lundbeck A/S.

I learned more about Mathilde Feldstedt later during an intensive 4 x 2½ days training course. The course was fantastic and has been useful to me ever since.

My opinion about her questioning style is that Mathilde Feldstedt asks good questions. Her style is analytical and always challenging and questioning. She uses effective & powerful questions, does not let me beat around the bush, holds me responsible, keeps a neutral position during the coaching, and makes me aware of my own responsibilities.

My experience of Mathilde’s personality during the coaching is as one who is firm, friendly, direct, open, humorous, empathic and persistent. She helped me to become aware of my own thoughts, feelings, values and beliefs.

I can only highly recommend her as a coach!

Hans Petersen er kemiker og afdelingsleder i H. Lundbeck A/S. I forbindelse med H. Lundbeck A/S’ retssager om kopimedicin var Hans Petersen indkaldt som vidne. Modpartens advokater var meget ubehagelige og Hans Petersen følte sig personlig angrebet under de første retsmøder. Han bad derfor om at få en personlig coach.

Efter coaching hos Mathilde Feldstedt havde Hans Petersen lært nogle mentale teknikker til at bevare roen og holde hovedet koldt. Han lærte også at dissociere og kunne derfor bedre distancere sig og lytte efter de forudsætninger advokaterne lagde ind i deres spørgsmål. Det gav ham overblik og gjorde det lettere for ham at svare uden at gå i forsvar.
